2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale of airport transfer services and daily tours offered on the website www.airporttransfer.ist.
3. Description of Services
Private or shared airport transfers to/from designated destinations
Daily tours and excursions
All service details, inclusions, and exclusions are provided on the website and confirmed via email upon booking.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or designated contact channels.
Payment is processed securely via credit card or alternative methods listed on the site.
Prices are shown in [Currency], including applicable taxes.
5. Right of Withdrawal
According to consumer protection laws, services related to transportation and leisure activities for a specific date or period are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service date are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
Changes to booking date/time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Provider’s Obligations
To provide the purchased service in a timely and professional manner.
To inform the customer of any changes, delays, or issues.
To maintain customer data confidentiality in line with applicable data protection laws.
8. Customer’s Obligations
To provide accurate booking information and be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.
To comply with safety rules and behave respectfully during the service.
To notify any delays or special requirements in advance.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Courts of Istanbul, Turkey, depending on the monetary value.
10. Final Provisions
This agreement is deemed accepted upon completing a reservation.
The Provider reserves the right to update or modify this agreement without prior notice.
